Leks&Co offers a robust litigation practice that is built on precision, strategy, and a deep understanding of both Indonesian substantive and procedural law. We are committed to providing effective dispute resolution services that are not only legally sound but also aligned with our clients’ commercial goals. Our litigation team is experienced in handling complex and high-value disputes across various sectors, including construction, real estate, shipping, environmental, labor, and general contractual matters.

We represent clients before all levels of the Indonesian judiciary—from district courts to the Supreme Court—as well as before administrative tribunals and arbitration panels. Our litigation strategies are crafted with a practical and business-oriented mindset, focusing on risk mitigation, procedural efficiency, and maximizing the likelihood of a favorable result. Whether the dispute involves breach of contract, unlawful acts, environmental non-compliance, or labor-related conflicts, our goal is to protect and advance our clients’ interests through clear, methodical, and persuasive legal advocacy.

Our work is defined by thorough case analysis, strategic planning, and courtroom agility. We tailor each litigation strategy to the unique context of the case, ensuring that every argument and submission is grounded in a deep understanding of applicable laws and supported by strong evidentiary foundations.

Leks&Co has acted for numerous high-profile clients in complex litigation matters. We represent PT Abyor International as the defendant in court proceedings involving claims of unlawful acts. Our firm also represented PT Pacific Indopalm Industries (part of the Indomas Group) in two separate disputes: one involving a land ownership claim where the plaintiff alleged unlawful occupation of land within the client’s factory premises—despite the client holding registered land title—and another involving an environmental law dispute in Siak. In both matters, Leks&Co successfully defended the client, securing favorable outcomes that protected their legal and commercial interests.

We are proud of our litigation milestones. Leks&Co has successfully defended its client in an appeal case involving environmental law, reinforcing our expertise in regulatory and compliance-related disputes. In another significant case, our client prevailed at the appellate stage, highlighting the strength of our legal strategy and advocacy before higher courts.

With a proactive, client-centered approach and a track record of success in a wide range of contentious matters, Leks&Co stands as a trusted advisor and representative for clients navigating the Indonesian litigation landscape.

At Leks&Co, we understand that litigation is not merely about legal confrontation, but about achieving practical, sustainable solutions that serve our clients’ broader objectives. Our dedication to excellence, strategic insight, and legal acumen ensures that we remain at the forefront of dispute resolution in Indonesia. Whether resolving matters in court, arbitration, or administrative forums, we are unwavering in our commitment to delivering results that uphold our clients’ rights and advance their business interests.

Our consistent performance in high-stakes litigation has earned us widespread recognition. Leks&Co was named Arbitration & Litigation Law Firm of the Year by LegalComprehensive.com Golden Global Awards 2013. We have been recommended by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific across multiple years (2016–2024) and consistently ranked as a Leading Firm in Dispute Resolution.

Benchmark Litigation has recognized us with Tier 3 rankings in Commercial and Transactions (2018, 2021–2025), along with Notable Firm status in Insolvency (2021, 2025) and Labor and Employment (2021). Our dispute resolution practice has also been recommended by asialaw Profiles for five consecutive years (2020–2024), confirming our position as a reliable and respected legal partner.
