Credential

Representing PT Valvindo Megah (a distributor of the valve) as a Respondent on a legal dispute performed in Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) on a hidden defect claim;

Representing PT Boustead Maxitherm Industries (part of Boustead Group) in submitting an application for arbitration against a well-known electricity company with a claim value more than IDR40billion, in which case we won;
Representing PT Boustead Maxitherm Industries (part of Boustead Group) in representing the arbitration proceeding in the International Chamber of Commerce in relation to the dispute with its partner in consortium;
Representing PT Bintang Baja Hitam (the holding company of PT Bliss Properti Indonesia, Tbk an emerging real estate company focusing in eastern part of Indonesia) as the defendant in the arbitration process related to capital market transaction;
Representing PT Abyor International (part of NTT Data Group) as claimant on a breach of contract claim through an arbitration proceeding.
Representing PT Limin Marine & Offshore on claim of voluntary arbitration.
