We routinely handle a wide range of commercial agreements, including joint venture agreements, joint operation agreements, build-operate-transfer (BOT) contracts, share purchase agreements, lease agreements, supply and service contracts, and other strategic arrangements. Our transactional support includes assisting with legal due diligence, structuring of investment and ownership arrangements, regulatory filings, shareholder matters, and corporate secretarial services.

Our experience is drawn from engagements with both local and international clients. Notably, we represented PT Takenaka Indonesia (part of Takenaka Corporation) in drafting a general meeting of shareholders resolution to facilitate the issuance of a bank guarantee for ongoing construction projects. We also acted for Kasumigaseki Capital Co., Ltd., a Japanese real estate investment company, in preparing a term sheet and reviewing documents related to a joint venture transaction. Furthermore, we assisted PT China Harbour Jakarta Real Estate Development by conducting limited legal due diligence on a land acquisition in the Daan Mogot area.
