We have provided general legal advisory services to Ciputra Group, one of the leading diversified property developers in Indonesia, including matters related to building management, review and revision of the Articles of Association and ByLaws of Ciputra World, and accompanying its team in meetings with the housing agency of DKI Jakarta concerning PPPSRS governance.

We also advised Sinarmas Land on various aspects of its ordinary business, including multi-stage regulatory analysis on land acquisition, land development, and property management for areas in Bogor and Karawang, as well as legal support throughout the land relinquishment process.
