The government’s plan to incorporate the problem of abandoned land into the draft land law is a good thing but actually not necessary. As long as the government seriously implements the existing regulations, anyone can see that there will be a conversion of abandoned land to state land, and then the land is used for the benefit of the community. This is certainly in line with the constitution and the basic purpose of land law, which is as big as the people’s prosperity.
