With regard to the interests of giving/renewing land rights, PTP is given to (i) the granting of ownership rights or granting/extension/renewal of building rights, use rights submitted by legal entities or individuals for non agricultural land with an area of more than 600 m2; (ii) the granting of ownership rights/rights to land in the land that are filed with transactions of more than 5000m2 for the area of Java and Bali or more than 2 hectares for areas outside Java and Bali; and (iii) administration/renewal of business use rights.
