The draft bill of Employment Creation proposed to revise the Condominium Law. Some of the proposed amendments of the Condominium Law are essentially to provide convenience for the business world, but still ensure that these obligations are fulfilled.
Unfortunately, some of the provisions that are problematic under the Condominium Law have not been touched e.g. PPPSRS, voting right, and its management. Those provisions have a huge impact on developers, especially those developing mixed-use condominium.
