In 2020, Leks team assisted Legal Bureau of DKI Jakarta, an instance of Governor of DKI Jakarta, by preparing a memory of appeal on an Administrative Court case in relation to license for development. At the first stage court, the court decided in favor of the claimant. But in the appeal stage, the court decided in favor of the Governor of DKI Jakarta since the claim was already expired and therefore inadmissible.
