Our lawyer Eddy Leks was interviewed by Kompas.com to give comments on several shopping centers that have allegedly been constructed over state land in Jakarta.

He responds that state land should be differed from land controlled by state or land owned by state which is obtained from state government budget or other legitimate source. He further explains that state land is different than land owned by local government, as well as by local government-owned enterprise.
