Leks&Co, a leading law firm in Indonesia, excelled in CCRE (Contract Construction Real estate and Environment) since 2009, is pleased to announce its successful representation and assistance to PT Ciputra Maja Jaya (part of Ciputra, one of the largest developers in Indonesia) and PT Bumi Primajaya (one of top developers in Makassar) to draft and conclude the Joint Operation Agreement for almost 80 hectares of land.
In this project, Leks&Co provided comprehensive legal advisory services, from drafting joint operation agreement, to assisting the parties throughout the negotiation and execution process. Both developers have been the firm’s client and the firm represented both parties with careful consideration of their respective legal interests, ensuring that the final agreement reflected a fair, balanced, and mutually beneficial partnership.
