The firm was also involved in another acquisition of land deal that was strategically located in Sudirman in South Jakarta for Cahava Globalindo Mulia, which is part of the Provident Development Group. The complication with this deal is that it involved inherited land, which has been occupied by a third party. This brought along issues of illegal occupation, change of use of land, and change of land with the local government of DKI Jakarta.
