Our CEO of Leks&Co writes an article titled “Law Without Justice” as published in Legal View section in Forbes Indonesia magazine.
On this article he mentions one example of an unjust law: under the 1960 agrarian law, Indonesia doesn’t differentiate between warga negara Indonesia (WNI-Indonesian Citizen) and Indonesian national descent (WNI-Keturunan), although there is a regulation that has been using this differentiation. This absolutely embarrassing considering this situation opposites with human rights which extensively stipulated under indonesia’s 1945 constitution.
