He says that under condominium law of 2011, there are 2 stages of development, namely marketing and sale. Before the developer can market its development, it must obtain several conditions such as land usage, land right, control status of condominium, building construction permit (IMB), and the existence of collateral for the construction of condominium from the guarantor. Prior to entering into PPJB the buyer must ensure that the developers must obtain certainties over IMB, infrastructure, and public facilities, such as electricity grids, and water system, and a minimum construction of at least 20 percent.
